Flavouring Substances

We offer a range of natural flavouring substances mainly derived from wood and fusel oil distillation, but have also enlarged our product portfolio with specialised synthetic molecules.

Today we propose amongst our extensive palette:

• Acids

• Esters

• Alcohols

• Phenolic compounds

• Sulfides

• Pyrazines

• Fusel oil derivates

These products are the isolated components of flavours, which are useful to enhance and boost flavours, and are used extensively by flavourings and ingredients manufacturers.

Broste is constantly enlarging its Flavouring Substances portfolio, by developing new molecules through its different R&D partnerships, and is therefore able to meet any customer request on specific products.

Moreover, we have recently added products specifically used in cosmetic and perfume applications to improve our service to the F&F Industries.

Barbeque

The phenolic components of our range are utilised in savoury applications, where the taste of traditional cooking processes can be captured, e.g. bacon and barbeque.

Our fruity esters can be used in sweet flavours, where it may be difficult to retain the true fresh nature of the fruit throughout the manufacturing process, e.g. banana, raspberry and apple.
