BU Salt has strengthened its competence on the technical side by employment of food technologist Runa B. Nielsen. Runa shall deal with technical advising of our customers within the food industry, optimize our quality control and handle claims.
The bigger focus on the food industry has resulted in increased sales and consequently a growing demand for knowledge of salt and food products. It is important for Brøste that the customers have full confidence in our advising, quality control and documentation.
We expect by this step to improve our position on a large but competitive segment, which is characterized by a few big and many small customers.
